I was Puck at four years old.

But then everybody told me to be sensible (and I listened) so I studied Philosophy. After graduating and becoming a gardener, substitute teacher, door-to-door salesman - and the rest - I took a punt and won a scholarship to Drama Centre London. After graduating, I trained further in physical theatre at the renowned Boris Shchukin Theatre Institute in Moscow. Since then I have performed internationally as an actor and stand-up comedian (as ‘Ruskin Denmark’ - don’t ask) in places from London to Dublin, Norway, Moscow, New York and Scunthorpe, to name but a few of my favourites.

My most recent West End credit was the smash hit One Jewish Boy, which Covid cruelly destroyed. I am a three time Edinburgh award winner, including as a producer and writer-performer for my own theatre company.

I have been an MC and producer of comedy nights for many years. I currently host two podcasts, have a weekly radio show, and most days you can find me recording, editing and mastering all types of audio in my purpose built VO studio.

In between all of that, I write (to date: two sitcoms, three plays, two shorts and a feature, as well as some questionable poetry and the occasional blog post) and have a passion for private tuition, if I have the time.

I have a UK passport, an Irish passport and a US Green Card. I currently live in London and can be in a central London location within 30 minutes.

I am still Puckish to this day.

Acting isn’t just pretending.
